Appeal For Northern Observers - USA 186 (object 28888)

For people in Seattle or more northern sites - can anyone see object 28888? This is USA 186 and observers further South (like me) cannot see it right now.

I have seen it in the past, but the weather has been poor here for ~6 weeks. Will see if I catch again soon.

Blush - now I feel dumb. It is visible due to lighting in the Southern hemisphere and NOT in the Northern hemisphere. It (and some others) will be more visible later in the year (when I will have a hard time observing due to bugs, lighting, etc).
